Administrative Assistant

Ms Anna Benjamin is the Administrative Assistant at BNTF Guyana. She has fifteen years of project experience having worked with the Guyana Training Agency (EU/GOG) as Corporate Services & Information Officer, Fiscal & Financial Management Programme (IDB/GOG) as Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, National Competitive Strategy Unit (IDB/GOG) as Administrative Assistant and for the past three years with BNTF. Apart from projects, Ms Benjamin has vast management experience in the Private Sector having served as General Manager at J.P. Santos & Company Limited, Managing the Metro/UG Bookstore & Convenience Store and the East Wing & Stationery Departments of Guyana Stores Limited. She is also an HR professional having served as Human Resource Manager in three different companies, one of which she created the HR division for 200 plus employees.

Ms Benjamin was trained in HR Management, Project Management Professional (PMP), Sales & Marketing, Point-of-Sale Accounting Systems and was certified as a Brainbench Written English Professional and Keyboard Operator. She is also a qualified Microsoft Office Specialist. Her special skills include shorthand, proofreading, research and internet usage.
